HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR SERVICES?
Prices are based on the amount of time a job will take, how complex it is, how many panes of glass there are, how dangerous it is (based on the height of the ladder) and how many workers it will take. Most customers feel our prices are very fair and we schedule 85% of the estimates we give.

DO YOU USE A PRESSURE WASHER ON WINDOWS?
Absolutely not! We also don’t use it on eaves. Aluminum and glass are both fragile materials and we value the integrity of your property. Our window washing and eaves cleaning is done by hand to make sure your property stays in tact!

ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS?
There is a coupon on this site that you can print off. We also offer price reductions when services are bundled or for our customers who schedule repeatedly during the season.

ARE ESTIMATES FREE?
Absolutely all estimates are free!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO WE NEED TO SCHEDULE?
This depends on the time of the season. Early Spring and Fall are VERY busy and sometimes you may need to book at least a week in advance. We will let you know what our availability is and do our best to match your schedule. We do recommend pre-booking to avoid any scheduling problems later on however.

HOW MANY DAYS DOES AN ESTIMATE TAKE?
We usually get out in one to two business days to do your estimate.
